职位描述：
Primary responsibilities/expectations:
1. Perform supply/demand balance calculations for production of Epoxy Products in ZJG
2. Recommend & execute production plans, raw material plans, and packaging plans
3. Resolve operational planning & scheduling issues and conflicts
4. Participate in Sales and Operations Planning process
5. Maintain & execute planning tables and data within SAP and/or related system
6. Monitor and coordinate activity scheduling of orders and shipments in raw materials and finished products
7. Monitor and report on business sales versus forecast, production versus plan, and inventory performance versus targets
8. Support business supply chain initiatives through data analysis and implementation of action plans
9. Execute Exchange, Swap and Toll agreements in related operations
10. Implement new, identified opportunities to deliver lowest cost and effective Supply Chain work process for continuous improvement

Critical Success Factors :
1. The critical competencies required for success are good Communication and Interpersonal Effectiveness, Initiative, Teamwork and Supply Chain Management
2. Technical proficiency in the use of multiple computer applications, eg. EXCEL and sound analytical skills are necessary
3. Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems are preferable
4. Technical proficiency in the use of multiple computer applications and reasonable analytical skills are necessary
5. Can work with remote supervision
6. Good command in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
7. Have strong sense of urgency and ownership

Education/Certification Requirements:
1. University Degree / Diploma with demonstrated ability to apply logical thinking and computational skills.
2. APICS or logistics certification will be an added advantage.
