职位描述：
1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
? System Engineer is a position in charge of plant quality system planning, implementation, monitor, continuous improvements, and quality awareness improvement.
? Coordinate and push other functions, departments in the plant for quality systems and process definition, modification and optimization.
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
? To build-up, promote, implement and assess the effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems.
? Lead and conduct Quality system trainings, and improvement workshop if need, to drive on plant quality systems improvement.
? Oversees the formulation of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.
? Responsible for Plant BPM systems
- Analysis of the overall requirements of ISO/TS16949 and Global BPM structure;
- Being champion at AP to develop & maintain AP BPM systems, including AP BPM website;
- Drive and lead on AP BPM system improvement activities.
? Organize, coordinate quality management system internal audit and improvement plan follow up
? Maintain the quality system and regular reporting quality systems performance.
? Work closely with registration company, fully support on plants / tech centers TS16949 certification & audits …etc, and lead or support others quality certification projects.
? Lead or support the potential vehicle customer quality/process audits.
? Coordinate the internal PMA & Core audit and Lead to make corrective action plan on that
? Support monthly plant LPA audits result review.
? Complete task given by Quality Manager.
3. EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
? Quality Management experience with latest version of ISO/TS16949, not less than five years, very strong on TS16949 automotive industry Quality system knowledge and experience
? Qualified latest version of ISO/TS16949 internal auditor is must
? Familiar with core tools / processes of Automotive Industry, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving, Layered Process Audit…… etc
? Understand customer specific requirements for quality systems, e.g. Ford Q1, General Motor QSB,
? VW Formel Q…… etc
? Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills
? Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure
? Positive thinking / working style
? Strong analytical skills & organizational skills to coordinate requirements of position
? Fluent English language skill
? Green belt certification is preferred. ?
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Technical degree or Bachelor Engineering degree

Experience: Strong quality system and process management knowledge of mechanical, plastic and
Electronic components ect.
Strong ISO/TS16949/VDA6.3 system implementation knowledge & experience.
Over 5 years manufacturing experience on Quality system related, mechanical/assembly/
machining products, automotive safety industry experiences is preferred.
