Role Purpose: To manage the establishment and successful operation of the forage trial site location to generate information that will be used by Agria for:
主要工作目标： 负责草种试种基地的建立、成功运营，以为中冠农业集团提供信息用于：
1. The establishment of Demonstration Farms which will demonstrate best practice dairy and dry stock farms utilising and adapting New Zealand know how to conditions in China.
导入和采用新西兰的专业技术适应中国的条件，建立示范牧场展示奶牛场和干畜牧场的最好实践。
2. Promoting the sale of seeds for forages for dairy cattle and potentially beef cattle and sheep on farms in the provinces associated with those locations.
促进牧草种子在牧草试种基地所在省份奶牛以及潜在的肉牛、羊的牧草饲料上的销售。

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责： :
1. Forage Trial Site Establishment牧草试种基地的建立:
Preparation of trial site for planting. This includes weed spraying, cultivation and application of fertiliser. 试种基地的准备。这包含喷洒除草剂、栽种和施肥。
Provision of tools, consumables, sprays etc required for successful operation of the forage trial site. 为试验场地的成功运作提供工具、耗材、喷雾剂等。
Sowing of the selected forage species将选定的牧草品种播种。.
Weeding and irrigation as required根据需要除草和灌溉.
Reporting to the Forage Trial Manager any unexpected problems.向牧草试种经理报告特殊情况。
2. Weather Data: Monitoring weather data for that location and reporting this on a weekly and monthly basis.
天气数据: 监测基地的天气数据并每周和每月报告。
3. Trial Results: Monitoring key forage trial data.
试种结果: 检测关键牧草试种数据。

Qualifications 任职条件：
1. Education: Major in grassland science and/or forage from a recognized University in China.
全日制草业相关农学专业专科以上学历
2. Experience: The person should have had at least 2 years previous experience in agriculture in China. Alternatively, the person would have completed a PhD in a discipline which has exposed them to doing forage trials.
至少两年以上国内农业领域经验或者完成博士学位期间做过牧草试种。
3. Knowledge of forage agronomy牧草农学知识
4. Experience in forage trials operation, data collection and reporting
具有牧草试种，数据收集与汇报的经验
5. Computer skills: Competency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
熟练掌握MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
6. Language: Able to read, write and communicate in English as a second language
能够将英语作为第二语言（阅读、书写和交流）
7. Driving licence: A motor car driving licence is desirable.
有驾驶证优先考虑
8. CV: Applicants should provide a CV in both English and Chinese.
