The Wing Fat Printing Co Ltd, a 100 years company in Hong Kong, is one of
the subsidiaries of Shanghai Industrial Holding Limited (HK listed company).
Wing Fat Group is a leading printing and packaging manufacturer with
headquarters and a factory in Hong Kong, sizable plants, design & trading
companies and representative offices in Mainland. For Company's
development, Wing Fat Group has the opportunities of a post of Chief Finance
Officer in our Zhuhai Joint Venture, Rypax Wing Fat Limited.

Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (Zhuhai)

Position Objective
The Chief Finance Officer is responsible for applying accounting principles and
procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial
reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures. The
CFO manages the Finance Department on day to day basis to achieve the objectives
of the department.

Key Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for finance operation and makes sure that financial policies and
processes are fully applied and well controlled;
2. Supervise daily operation, e.g. payment flow, Tax declaration, expense process,
bank account administration, and work together with cross function / FSSC to make
improvement
3. Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are timely confirmed or reconciled
4. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
5. Ensure all financial reports, timely monthly, quarterly and year end, are accurate
and are met by deadlines .
6. Coordinate the audit process
7. Monitor and support taxation issues
8. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses

Education and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree major in Accounting/Finance or above. Knowledge of accepted
accounting practices and principles
2. Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
3. Minimum of 8 years experience in the management of accounting, financial
reporting and analysis

Key Competencies
1.Familiar with international trade and the company's financial and business priorities.
2.Good command in English and Putonghua, and Cantonese.
3.Willing to stay in Zhuhai.
