职位描述：
工艺工程师（变压器事业部）
主要职责：
1. Support sample building according to pilot run procedure to ensure new products smoothly launch
-Support design department to assess productivity and process issue at early stage.
-Process improvements and consolidate actions into PFMEA.

2. Production line support.
-Tooling and fixture verification and improvement.
-Trouble shooting to support smooth production

3. Identify cost down opportunities and do actions to achieve cost saving.
-Continuously reduce scrap rate.
-Standard time reduction.

4. Group management
- Training subordinates to meet the job requirements.
- Task arrangement inside group with priority management

任职要求：
1. College graduate or above, major in Mechanical or electronic
2. Worked in electrical component manufactory for 5 years at least.
3. Good knowledge of the magnetic component.
4. Good knowledge of suppliers of source material.
5. Good communication capability with customers and suppliers.
6. Good written and read English, Oral is preferred.
7. Open, confident, self-motivated, independent and innovative.

工艺工程师（功率用电磁兼容滤波器事业部）
主要职责：
Process Engineering:
1. BOM releasing
2. WI preparing
3. PFMEA drafting out
4. Process designing
5. Assembly jigs
6. Trouble-shooting and problem solve on site
7. Give comments and suggestions towards production techniques for improvement during new product test-run
8. Improve and optimize problems existed in production techniques
9. Evaluate most suited conditions to guarantee smooth production
10. Analyze and suggest improvement methods when deficiency occurs during production
11. Analyze bottlenecks of production techniques in order to improve productivity
12. Guide and train technicians to achieve better techniques in daily work

Quality Improve:
1. Optimize the process for quality
2. DOE at the beginning of pilot run
3. CPK data collect for QHB documents
4. Train technician and foreman

Technical Support:
1. Testing support with test engineer
2. Solve the problem in production
3. Sample approve

Equipment Support:
1. Testing HW and SW
2 Potting machine
3. Wave soldering
4 Winding machine

任职要求：
1. College graduate or above major in electronic or mechanical field
2. 1 years working experience in process field at least
3. Open, Confident, Self-motivation, team working
4. CET 4 or above
5. Familiar with Electric component, EMC knowledge
