职位描述：
Purpose:
1. Provide technical support to production in terms of process control and problem solving to ensure and efficient and high quality production both in-house, also support supplier when business needs;
2. Involve the IPD project as dept. representative to support and make sure product lunch on time and successfully, also manage the process change (TCP/ECN) in department level;
3. Create technical files as operation guideline;
4. Lead some new technology introduction and build up group professional competence to business needs;
5. (Specific required for Sr. molding process engineer)
6. Train the technician and technical worker to ensure the working/manufacturing instructions /control plans are followed, also initiate improvement action and contribute the cost and quality and delivery improvement.

Responsibilities:
l To handle trouble-shooting of day to day production process, also maintain, monitor and optimize production process to ensure moulding process runs stably and safely.
l As representative of department involving in new project, lead moulds trial run and make sure the new project launch on schedule and successfully.
l Drive process and quality improvement, play core role in operation group management to achieve good OG performance, take part in and coach mini-Company /QCC activities etc.
l To create and maintain SOP documents in department such as WI, PDS, and Procedure etc. make sure those documents preserved properly, updated on time.
l Take leader to handle customer quality complaint and quality improvement to delight both customer and process.
l RTC/TCP/ECN proposal and implement to make sure all technical change could be executed in production.
l To train & guide operator, shift leader and technician in terms of machine operation, new technology etc. to ensure high quality production.
l As key member of mould re-allocation to provide process support and sample-making.
l Related supplier process support and supplier audit & assessment.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above in engineering, major in Polymer Science is a plus
- Experience:
o Minimum 5 years' experience in Injection moulding process;
- Competency and Skills:
o Strong moulding Process Engineering Capability, good understanding of plastic material, mould structure and equipment, also accessories. Good trouble shooting skills in moulding processes.
o Solid experience on PPAP, FMEA, Plastics resin, project procedure, process Validations, documentation and problem solving;
o Functional knowledge of statistics and related analytical tools like DOE and SPC.
o ISO, MRP/SAP awareness and familiar with BOM.
o Good Communication skills, self- discipline, problem solving oriented.
o Good command of English both writing and spoken.
o Good computer skill at MS-office., CAD, UG.
