职位描述：
Accountabilities
CargoSmart Inside Sales is a global business team. This position is responsible for:
- Selling and promoting CargoSmart service to Cargosmart customers.
- Following up the sales leads and reply the enquiries from customers, analyze the need and find the suitable solution to offer the customers.
- Maintenance of websites, e-mail campaigns and social media channels.
- Keeping track of progress of leads with the related parties until the deal is successfully closed
- Participating the project for CS solution promotion, including event promotion, customer survey analysis, customer calls.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationship to build up the branding of CS
- Understanding the requirements and processes on customer side
- Logging customer feedback to support management decision to find more potential business area.
- Communicating closely with support teams, product design team for generating solutions to customers.

Requirements
- Fluent English (written and oral) is must.
- University graduated is preferred
- Excellent customer communication skill to sign the deal successfully.
- Basic experience and background of business knowledge (trading, shipping, import or export)
- Willing to work under pressure
- Good PC workstation skills (Word for Windows, Excel)
- Able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
- Meticulous in completing tasks with minimal margin for error
- Excellent dependability record
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Demonstrated experience in process management
- Experience in understanding and implementing the business objective / goal
- Willing to accept challenges and additional on-job assignments

珠海信息技术开发中心简介
东方海外珠海软件研发中心是东方海外（OOCL）全球五大软件研发中心之一，坐落于珠海国家软件产业基地——南方软件园，拥有三千多平米的办公场地及优美的办公环境。中心成立于2004年8月，专注于航运物流应用平台及相关软件产品的开发。与其他四个软件中心（硅谷、香港、上海及马尼拉）在技术上保持同步，在项目开发上互为补充。现拥有400多人的研发和服务团队。

研究开发方向
基于互联网技术的应用开发：
• 货物实时跟踪，运费查询等物流供应链的资讯服务；
• 为客户提供物流合同管理、物流计划分解、执行及信息反馈的协调工作平台。
• 为客户提供货物预报关资讯服务。
• 基于无线互联网的应用开发：
为用户提供移动业务服务平台。用户可以通过移动设备（3G / WiFi）随时随地进行船期查询、订单跟踪、销售助理、业务审批以及获取即时技术支持服务。

社交网增值服务：
主要以网络社区（Facebook，Sina，QQ，Twitter，Youku等）为基础平台，通过与企业内部应用系统的无缝连接，为不同类型的客户提供各类个性化增值服务。

技术创新能力
珠海研发中心设有产品项目研发团队、质量保证团队、技术服务团队、客户服务团队。我们持续推行敏捷开发过程（Agile），在保证可迅速提供产品服务的同时，又确保了产品质量。
 开发技术：Java、MEAN、Hadoop, Spark、Oracle、DW、BI、TIBCO EMSd等。
 操作系统：Windows、Unix、Linux、Android，iOS。

薪资构成
基本月薪，年终奖金，年度奖金

按全额工资购买，住房公积金缴费比例为公司8%，个人8%
