职位描述：
Major Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for new product introduced (NPI) to mass production.
2、Participate in new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment.
3、Lead/administrate/train the Manufacturing Engineering team to achieve project target.
4、Establish process operating specifications/procedures/working instruction/test method/change request (CR) and change order (CO), etc.
5、Perform the process validation when the new product introduced and also some existing product changed on the design or process etc.
6、Work with manufacturing, quality and engineering team to solve the product issue and also complaints from the customer.
7、Drive continuous improvement programs through Cost down, Throughput, Machine’s downtime and process/productivity optimization.
8、Provide safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations. Assure that corrective action is taken to resolve observed safety concerns for the new production line on equipment, layout and environment etc.
9、Work with mold supplier and follow up the progress of mold fabricating, trail run, FAT/SAT, process validation etc.

Requirements &Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience related manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, new product introducing (NPI).
3. Expert in systems which supports the Manufacturing Engineering functional process.
4. Experience in automation machine, skilled with Solid works and CAD software.
5. Experience in plastic product design and ejection mold design.
6. Process leadership and project management skill.
7. Strong analytical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills, skilled with PFMEA.
8. Self-motivated, flexible, hardworking, communication and interpersonal skills.
