职位描述：
1.Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as securing and expanding revenue and marginal income with the assigned key accounts and potential key accounts.

2.Handle customer complaints, with strong sensitivity to understand customer demand and feedback on time

3.Assist GM in monitoring day to day operations; and in consolidating billing/forecast information for further analysis.



Working experience and skill:
1.Good communication skill with both external & internal groups

2.Project experience with US & EU customer, skillful in matrix management roles.

3.Over 4 years working experience (with proven supervisory experience) preferably in manufacturing company, strong ability to learn new technicial knowledge of dental industry.

4.Independent, detail-oriented, strong sense of customer service, good command of English, basic computer knowledge.

5.Business fluent English orally and in writing.
