职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibility:
1. Ensure proper execution for F.G or RM receiving, inventory and issuing process to support production and NSO’s sales.
2. Ensure correct data input in SAP system to support F.G delivery and to support RM or FG flow.
3. Make a good forecast propose for F.G or RM storage to meet production and inventory requirement.
4. 3PL weekly inventory & physical goods statues audit to ensure the stock quantity match the system and the goods stored & located with good conditions & security.
5. According to EOB list, execute shipment arrangement (safety loading way, economic transportation etc.) to fulfill customer’s request.
6. SAP system problem follow up and solve.
7. Supply monthly reports for VMI suppliers.
8. Follow slow moving material.
9. F.G or RM stores shop floor management and improvement to achieve company requirement.
10. Propose count plan and charge monthly physical count.
11. Lead mini-co improvement activities to meet ISO9002/ISO14001/ISO13485/
OHSAS18001 requirement.
12. Manage and develop workers to get high efficiency operation.


Requirement:
1. College degree.
2. Good command of English.
3. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in warehouse management.
4. Basic SAP knowledge in warehouse management
5. Good PC knowledge: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
6. ISO 9000/14000 experience will prefer.
7. Good communication skill
