Responsibilities:
1.Design independently semi-automated assembly equipment for new product realization to meet the project requirement in terms of productivity and quality.
2.Work with CoCs to optimize the design of transferred equipment in order to ensure it can run smoothly and fit for the factory’s specific production environment .
3.Direct and work with external suppliers in order to make sure their design can meet the standard of DAP Zhuhai and satisfy the production requirement.
4.Give support to purchasing dept. in order to make sure the technical ability of the supplier can be correctly assessed.
5.Evaluate and update the existing production equipment to make sure the equipment is always optimized and up to date.
6.Initiator of the sub-plan of equipment creation under the overall project plan to ensure all the related activity is well linked/scheduled and the progress can be monitored.
7.Prepare all the related technical documents and follow up the equipment performance to make sure all the related equipment can be released to production on time.

Requirement:
1.Academic
University or Polytechnic graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2.Work experience
Minimum 2 years experience of non-standard equipment design or maintenance ; Diploma holder must have 4 years of related experience.
Good knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic designs
Good knowledge of process and layout (industrial engineering) is a plus point
3.Language ability
Good spoken and written English
4.Computer ability
Knowledge of Microsoft software application , Skillful in AutoCAD.
Knowledge in Unigraphics is preferred.
