职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibilities:
1.Conduct process flow study, DFA/FMEA and risk assessment on product concept and process, lead technical reviews for engineering team to ensure product realization satisfies construction, quality, manufacturability requirements.
2.Responsible for manufacturing concept and overall technical approach, lead team of molding, process, and equipment engineers to realize high-volume production of premium consumer products; accountable for manufacturing performance metrics and product development input to achieve world-class manufacturing targets.
3.Coordinate and lead process, manufacturing and assembly activities (prototyping, engineering bulids and production release etc.) for a product launch; responsible for product and process root-cause analysis, trouble-shooting and rapid improvements for new product introductions.
4.Responsible for initiation, review, and execution of product technical change proposals (TCP) during new product introduction and throughout lifecycle.
5.To take part in the evaluation of parts from mold trial , find the problem (related with product construction) and to solve it together with peers, ensuring the product has the least variation before it is in house.
6.To set up BOM system and ensure it can run properly for mass production.
7.Owner of market feedback related to product quality from engineering dept
8.maintain key product engineering knowledge in responsible products
9.participate in certain business process improvements

Requirement:
1.Academic/Professional qualification:
University or Polytechnic graduate , major in Mechanical Engineering or the related field
2.Working experience:
At least 3 year working experience in mechanical assembly environment. Diploma holder must have at least 5 years of related 3.work experience.
Experience in small home appliance product construction design is a plus point
4.Language ability:
Good spoken and written English.
5.Computer literacy:
Knowledge in Microsoft Office software application
Familiar with CAD software ;
Knowledge of Unigaphics is a plus point;
6.Others:
Analytical, Team player, Self-motivated, can work under pressure
