岗位职责:
1、协助上级制定公司各项薪酬规定、流程；
2、协助上级制作年度薪酬福利预测算报告；
3、对月度薪酬核算结果及月度异动审核结果负责；
4、整合月度人力费用、个税报表；
5、制作月度人力成本分析报告；为公司合理解决劳动纠纷提供政策性的数据支持；
6、日常工作及其它临时、项目性工作的支持。

任职资格:
1、本科以上学历；
2、3年以上人力资源工作经验，不少于2年薪酬管理的工作经历；
3、熟悉国家人事薪酬福利管理政策、法规、制度、信息；
4、熟知现代人力资源管理的理念；
5、具有很强的执行力；
6、具备较高的职业操守，保密性强，反应敏捷，做事严谨，对数字敏感；
7、超强的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
8、熟练使用Excel，擅长人力成本费用和人力成本效率报表分析；
9、擅长制作费用预/测算统计报告。
