职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for the planning, management and adjustment of production activities so that the agreed production plan is realized with minimum stock and work-in-progress
? Acts as trouble-shooter in the field of logistics in order to avoid disruptions to the production process
? To ensure instruct/guide work force towards proper work procedure and discipline
? Contributes to the improvement in material control, material planning in each projects
? Data integrity & Parameter setting: Understand and maintain/control the Material request timing and other settings in SAP
? Reporting and communication: Anticipate on problems and communicate these problems with the different departments to resolve them together
? Continuous improvement in assembly workforce efficiency and quality of workmanship

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree with focus on planning and logistics or mechanical/electrical engineering
? At least 5 years production planning/logistics/supply chain management experience preferably in machinery manufacturing industry or at least 3 years assembly machine management experience.
? Solid production/material management background;
? Knowledge of SAP system is required
? Structural, well organized team player, motivated and creative logistic expert
? Proficient in English of speaking/reading/writing
