Scope 工作范畴：
To supervise and coordinate activities of Team Members.
To perform all duties in accordance with Venetian Macau Limited policies and within the realm of the Venetian Macau Limited Company vision, mission and values.



Major Responsibilities 主要职责：

TOP - Essential for the performance of the function and with most responsibility (the core of the function)
? Review void and cancelled checks report.
? Issue Exception Report to all F&B outlets or revenue centers in hotel and follow up for the action plan.
? Review daily DOR report, update daily revenue journal
? Review F&B Exception Matrix at the end of the month.
? Train, supervise, coordinate, assess and assist the activities of department’s team members.

Standard – Daily duties that the team member need to do, with minor responsibility
? Keep management aware of any unusual events and/or deviation of policies or procedures.
? Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problem areas and assist in finding and implementing solutions.
? Keep confidentiality in a professional manner.
? Carry out other duties as and when assigned by Operations Controller.

Required Knowledge 知识要求：
? POS and LMS system
? Basic Computer knowledge included MS-office
? Knowledge of AS400 system preferred
? Knowledge of OPERA system preferred


IT Knowledge IT知识要求：
? Familiar with Excel
? Familiar with Word
