职位描述
Key Tasks:
1．管理工艺团队，设定团队目标并进行任务分解与均衡工作负荷从而达到部门目标；
Manage process engineering team, set goals and balance daily workload;
2．为柴油机部件生产和装配提供制造工艺，包括为柴油机装配、试验以及在船厂的安装提供工艺文件；
Provide production process both for engine parts production and engine assembly process, including assembly, testing and on site commissioning etc;
3．协调相关部门(设计、生产车间、采购)等进行工艺评审并改进；
Organize and coordinating respective departments (design, production, SCM etc.) in process review and continuous improvements;
4．推进新技术、新方法和新材料的应用进行工艺创新:
Creative adopt new techniques, new approach and new material to improve production process;
5．负责参与柴油机整机调试；
Take part in finishing and testing;
6．持续优化制造工艺以改进质量，提高效率和降低成本；
Continually improve production process and improve engine quality, enhance efficiency and lower cost;
7．从工艺的角度促进“零缺陷”、“5S”和“精益生产”的实施。
Conduct Zero Defect, 5S and Lean from process perspective.
8．领导新产品产业化和协调生产活动。
Lead industrialization of new products and coordinate manufacturing activities.
9．领导或参与其他由部门主管分配的开发项目。
Lead or be part of other development projects signed by superior.
Qualification:
1.内燃机/热能与动力工程/机械加工工艺与设备等专业学士或以上学位；
Degree or above major in Engine, Power Engineering, Mechanical and Machinery related subjects;
2.有3年以上船用柴油机工艺设计工作经验，熟悉船用柴油机的结构及制造工艺,熟悉工装夹具设计；
3 years’ above process design experience in marine diesel engine production, familiar with engine structure and production process, know-how on tooling and fixture design;
3.熟悉船用柴油机部件的生产工艺方法，包括装配、焊接、机加工等；
Familiar with engine parts manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, fabrication etc.
4.了解船用柴油机行业典型的设备与厂房布局；
Good knowledge of typical equipment and workshop layout for marine engine industry.
5.熟悉质量保证体系标准，例如：ISO9001,以及EHS体系标准；
Familiar with QA system, such as ISO9001, and EHS system;
6.熟练使用机械CAD绘图软件及CAPP工艺设计软件，良好精益生产知识；
Master of CAD and CAPP application software, good knowledge of Lean production.
7.能较熟练地运用英语阅读、书写和交流；
Functioning English in daily work.

瓦锡兰玉柴发动机有限公司由瓦锡兰集团与广西玉柴机器集团有限公司旗下子公司—玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司合资成立，公司成立于2013年5月23日，位于美丽的“百岛之市”—珠海。玉柴与瓦锡兰此次在中速柴油机领域“强强联合”，将共同建设中国高端中速机生产基地，打造中外先进柴油机技术和生产合作的成功典范。
公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
