工作职责描述：
1、能够熟练使用电烙铁、风枪等工具对单板进行维修，能够维修BGA器件并能够重新植球
2、有能力针对不良单板进行分析，找到不良原因并维修
3、熟悉GSM、GPS等链路和基本工作原理
4、熟悉SMT产线的操作流程，并针对生产过程中的问题进行处理
5、可以针对SMT产线提出要求，针对不良进行整改，提高产品的焊接直通率，能够针对钢网、焊锡量、炉温等提出明确要求
6、熟悉GSM和GPS类产品的单板测试，以及针对测试不良进行分析维修和整改
7、能够针对PCB板进行生产相关的评审并提出要求
