因我公司业务发展，现急需招聘一名Tooling engineer 模具工程师
Job description岗位条件如下：
1.Junior college or above, major in tooling design is perfect.
大专及以上学历，模具设计相关专业
2.Rich experience in precision mold and plastic mold manufacturing and machining, good tooling project management skill.
精通塑胶模具结构，熟悉塑胶模具制造工艺及塑胶模具项目管理流程。
3. Excellent skill in mold mechanism experience, know how the tolerance of the assembly components each other.
具有丰富的模具机械加工经验，熟悉模具加工精度及公差配合。
4.More than 5years experience in plastic tooling design and 3 years project management, be familiar with relative engineering and office software.
有至少5年以上塑胶模具设计经验及3年以上项目管理经验，熟练运用工程设计软件及office办公软件
5.Be familiar with each plastic forming characteristic, good experience in injection molding defects and mold corrective actions
熟悉常见塑胶成型特性，对解决塑胶产品成型缺陷及产品结构改良具有丰富的经验。
6.Be familiar with each tooling steel conponents standard and properties.
熟悉各类模具钢材及零配件特性。
7. enable to discover the root cause depends on tooling trial run, good capabilities in DOE and CPK study, know how the IQ/OQ and PQ.
能通过试模分析问题并找到根源，DOE/CPK 能力分析，熟悉IQ/OQ/PQ运行程序。
8. Experience on injection mold relative parameters debugging, enable to take actions depends on the tooling trial run.
具有丰富的注塑成型分析经验，能通过试模分析并确定模具改善方案。
9..Good communication skill with higher job responsibility and team work.
具备良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的工作责任心及团队意识
10. Good English level in reading and writing, it is not a hard requirements as a candidate can be considered if he has a excellent experience on the plastic mold.
良好的英语读写能力，如果模具经验丰富的也可考虑。
11.Good experience in medical devise is plus.
有医疗产品模具跟进经验者优先
Responsibilities工作内容：
1.in charge of the tooling design study in advance, DFM evaluation and optimize the tooling design before the tooling kick off.
负责模具前期设计分析并进行模具及产品技术问题讨论、优化模具设计缺陷，确定模具设计方案；
2.Assistant and provide the solutions to the tool fabricator on the tooling design, take a study and make a final decision to approve the drawing to guarantee that which design are optimized and stable for mass production.
协助模具厂进行模具设计,负责图纸审核，确保设计图纸满足生产稳定性需求；
3.Follow up the detail information in technical activities to meets the mass production demands.
跟进模具制造技术细节,确保其满足生产要求；
4.Follow up the tooling manufacturing status and trial run and provide the improvements and corrective actions on the modification.
模具制造、试产中的问题点跟进、进度管理、修模方案的确认
5.Responsible for whole of program from new tooling PO released to mass production.
负责处理模具从下单到生产整个过程中的一切事务。
6.Tooling acceptable inspection and approve before the tooling release.
模具确认前的验收。
7.In charge of tooling qualification run in IQ/OQ/PQ
模具IQ/OQ/PQ程序运行。
8.Act on existing tooling maintenance.
现有模具的生产维修维护。
