【Job Description】

Brand Management
1.Develop and manage BTL activities to support to KUNST BRAND promise and the company's short and long-term marketing strategy.
Marketing Activities
2.Coordinate and develop marketing and sales plans which oriented from BTL for product line growth.
3.Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, design, production and operations to execute specific marketing plans for each assigned theme.
4.Manage day-to-day progress of channel marketing planning and execution.
Functional works
5.Manage the application and usage process of BTL A&P expenditure and make sure this investment go to the best sales outcome
6.Develops monthly and quarterly reports for sales analysize and BTL A&P expenditure.
7.Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary.
8.Assist with financial projections and budgeting process about BTL A&P budget.
9.Assist to manage annual trade marketing expenditure.
10.Conduct management of third party agencies.

【Requirement】

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years experience in marketing field in multinational companies.
3.Familiar with consumer campaign planning and execution.
4.Familiar with bakery industry and also franchise management.
5.With sensitive insight of the market, logical thinking, good communication and organizational skills.
6.Has a strong capabilities of data collection, collation and analysis.
7.Has a good sense of sales process and channel differencation of bakery industry.
8.Independence and self motivated.
9.Excellent communication skill.
10.Be able to work under pressure.
11.Good Computer skill of OFFICE.
12.Good at English & Chinese.
