岗位职责：
1.生产现场工艺管理，调整
2.现场突发问题分析、汇报、解决
3.生产效率提高、工艺调整及改进
4.与质量及工程部门沟通，解决现场设备、工艺的问题
5.作业指导书的编写
6.新产品过程确认及过程重新确认
7.工装夹具设计。



任职要求：
1.中专以上学历，机械、自动化等专业
2.生产现场管理、IE、7S、质量管理有一定了解
3.懂精益生产理念
4.要求会熟练使用CAD，Solidworks等绘图软件，Office办公件
5.有两年以上生产型企业工作经验
6.会英语优先
