职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Participate and review marketing activities that will impact customers and ensure good quality customer communications have been embedded to avoid customers' misunderstanding or complaints or unnecessary inbound calls.
2. Review the launch schedules and impact scale of marketing programs to ensure on-line capacity has been aligned to match so to avoid negative customer experience for long waiting time.
3. Coordinate with marketing and other related departments cross-functionally to ensure better quality fulfillment processes.
4. Ensure all marketing programs have been communicated to all related staff efficiently and effectively in time. Conduct Morning briefing and daily sharing section to all related staff so as to enhance their knowledge. Execute random quiz to test their understanding/awareness on the new/heat program.
5. Identify and follow up marketing program related service issue, coordinate prompt resolution as well as take preventive actions.
6. Report and follow up incident and quickly provide standard scripts and processes for all related department to follow.
7. Proactive identify process improvement opportunity and propose and or coordinate enhancement actions.
8. Maintain responsible standard operation procedure and/or desk top procedure.
9. Implement any assigned initiative that will enhance marketing program implementation and / or better customer service experience.
10. Modify/embellish the program brief procedure which would be uploaded internally, in order to make it more friendly for all related staff to understand and more easy to search.
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree, at least 5 years of related experience in project management, experience in banking and call center is plus
· Good knowledge of project process and practices, familiar with project management skill
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Initiative, self motivated, and a team player with high integrity
· Details oriented, well organized
· Good at English in both speaking and writing
