Job Summary : Engage with end use customers to provide technical lead support on wireless products, including liaising between the customer and T-O-D technical team. Conduct product demonstrations and present product portfolio capabilities to local markets and end use customers.

Essential Functions:
1. Provide pre- and post-sales technical application support on wireless product to customers
2. Use diagnostic and measurement tools for product installation analysis.
3. Perform embedded device firmware testing and generate reports of results.
4. Perform remedial software coding as necessary.
5. Conduct product demonstrations to customer base
6. Create technical documentation for local market.
7. Develop training materials for customer’s technical personnel.
8. Interface with design team on technical responses to customers
9. Provide input to design and marketing teams of additional product development opportunities.
10. Coordinate activities between internal team and customer on application related matters.

Job Qualifications:
1. BS in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.
2. Must be well verse with Data Center operation and its Infrastructure Management. Knowledge of System Integrators and BMS ( Building Management System ) companies in China Data Center market is preferred.
3. Knowledge of embedded firmware testing, including C, C++ coding.
4. Working knowledge of industry communication protocols, such as ModBus, ProfiNet, BACNet, SNMP, Velocity, OPC, Ethernet / IP, HART-IP etc.
5. Ability to use wireless development kits and modules.
6. Ability to understand electronic product design files, including schematics and block diagrams.
7. Ability to understand system level design and architecture concepts.
8. Knowledge of machine-to-machine (M2M) sensing and systems is a plus.
9. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to read and speak English, including technical writing skills.
10. Five years experience in wireless product development, installation / deployment, testing, and support.
11. Experience interacting and engaging with customers.
12. Working knowledge of MS Office products.
13.Project management experience using formal tools (e.g. MS Project), and Six Sigma training is preferred.
