职位Title:销售经理/ Sales Manager – Kunst (zhuhai branch in bakery business )

岗位职责Responsibility:

1. Expand Kunst’s bakery business to multiple channels with quality baked products/frozen cake developed by Kunst. In this role, he/she will

a) Search and partner with distributors/wholesalers to expand distribution to hotels, restaurants, bakery stores with finish goods (such as frozen cheese cake) or base products (such as the cake-base for mousse);

b) Develop Private label business (such as Metro, Carrefour, etc.) via OEM;

c) Develop business with Food service channel (such as McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc.);

d) Develop business with Café chains (such as Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc.);

e) Develop business with other channels (such as airlines, high-speed train, etc.).

2.Develop sales strategy and budget for Kunst. Deliver sales result and manage sales expense within the budget.

3.In collaboration with R&D and marketing team to develop new products for customers. Work with supply chain to enhance operation efficiency and customer satisfaction with integrated business solution.

4.Collect market intelligence and competitive information. Identify potential opportunities, analyze data and provide proposal for company to grow aggressively and sustainably.

岗位要求Qualification:

1.10 years or above sales experience, with 2 years above in management level;

2.Experience with baking industry for 2 years or above;

3.Experience with food service, OEM, wholesale channel and modern trade;

4. Good at developing new channel, new customer;

5.Can read and write in English. Good English speaking skill a plus;

6.Self-driven and result oriented;

7.Project management, creativity and collaboration are skills required for successfully fulfill the responsibility.
