Essential Functions:
1. Initiate /change routing、PFMEA and work instructions for production, machine setup, maintenance, and optimize parameters.
2. Design and improve fixture/jigs of the current manufacturing equipment.
3. Design and implement line re-layout with lean manufacturing concepts.
4. Identify the source of the problems impacting quality, cost, and productivity etc, and propose realistic effective solutions.
5. Qualify and transfer production equipment and current products.
6. Perform equipment upgrading project and supervise/monitor total preventive maintenance activities.
7. Participate in new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment.

Job Qualifications:
1. B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree.
2. 5 years plus experience in process/manufacturing engineer
3. Hands-on knowledge in PLC programming, troubleshooting of pneumatic and electric/ electronic driven, controlled production lines is a plus.
4. Strong planning and execution capability
5. Good skills in Autocad, office software
6. Well trained in ISO9001, SPC and Six-sigma green belt is a plus
7. Good command of written English, Oral is plus.
