Job Summary: Responsible for the item master maintenance, materials department’s monthly reports preparation and other jobs assigned.
Essential Functions:
1. Timely process new part per part master system
2. Timely update planning parameters of parts & products per planners / buyers / managers’ instructions
3. Prepare some rough data for the monthly S&OP meetings
4. Help update MPS info (planning BOM & production plan) per the monthly updated S&OP
5. Prepare weekly and monthly On Time Delivery reports for all three product units
6. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports like EX245 to report ITO performance
7. Work closely with buyers to timely update purchase order info per buyers instructions
8. Help daily run routine PMC reports (inventory, open PO, open SO, open WO, etc) to facilitate PMC’s work
9. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

1. University graduate with 1-2 years working experience.
2. Able to read, write and understand English.
3. Knowledge of MRP system and good command of Microsoft Office Applications
