Essential Responsibilities:
-Manage and develop the IE & LO disciplinary and job-related employees:
-Define targets and objectives,
-Conduct personal meetings and set up trainings,
-Adjust capacity and define priorities according to the activity and strategy.
-Responsible for global strategic and tactical manufacturing planning and productivity improvement:
-Process rationalization and standardization,
-IE improvement project coaching,
-IE improvement performance tracking.
-Develop and deploy Lean global strategy and tactics:
-Help the buildup of motion time study capability in factories,
-Set up global production and process standards,
-Standard maintenance and enforcement.
-Manufacturing cost and HC control:
-Develop standard HC and manufacturing cost structure,
-Drive manufacturing cost down actions.
-Responsible for the industrial plan of manufacturing sites:
-New project allocation to appropriate sites,
-Logistics analysis and value stream mapping across different sites and suppliers,
-Factory expansion planning.
-Ensures the smooth transfer, development and implementation of the technologies, methods and know how into factories.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
-5 years Management experience in global company @ executive level
-Good at written and spoken English.
-Have skilful computer skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/IE/Outlook
-Is able to discuss in detail about the technology in question, Understands the environment in which the

technology is utilised
-Constantly seeks for new and challenging possibilities, actively supports team members in new situations
-Has the ability to make quick decisions in critical situations
-Has understanding on SAP in general or one or multiple of its modules.
-Supports actively planning and implementing strategies and plans; Demonstrates the ability to see the

big picture in the global environment
-Demonstrates commitment to customer focus through actions. Is able to initiate expansions to customer

base. Proactively manages customers with a professional attitude
-Is able to help others in dealing with uncertainty and change
-Creates an innovative atmosphere and has extensive experience of creating and implementing new

value-adding ideas
-Is able to effectively motivate own team members/direct reports through own behaviour. Has the ability

to empower others
-Is experienced in managing diversity in different teams. Demonstrates an understanding of different

cultures and their ways of working
-Constantly exceeds set goals; Has experience in driving results from the whole team/department
-Is widely trusted and seen as a role model for LOM/Perlos.
