职位描述
Key Tasks:
1) Sourcing for new vendors as per company standard.
2) Support vendor’s continual QA/lead time improvement.
3) Conduct vendor benchmark and performance review, optimize supplier base.
4) Work with SQE on in coming good quality issue.
5) Take part in purchasing contract negotiation, drive for better price and payment term.
6) Update supplier base data in ERP system and provide monthly report.
7) Other ad hoc tasks assigned by top management.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering related subject.
2) At least 5 years’ sourcing or PMC related function experience.
3) Solid knowledge on fabrication parts/component sourcing, can understand drawing with CAD or Solidwork.
4) Project management and ERP usage would be preferred. .
5) Familiar with marine engine manufacturing and BOM is a plus.
6) Can use English as an working language.

公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
