Requirements:
- Knowledge about ZFPS tools (e.g. 5S, TPM)
- Knowledge of mechanical
- Experience in lean management system concepts, methodologies,
- Professional experience in a production and assembly environment
- 5+ years working experience,
- 2+ ZFPS management experience
- Result Orientation and Moderation skills
- Pressure holder and Conscientious
- Problem solving and conflict management skills
- Be responsible and accountable and trainer skills
- Good communication skills and change mgmt skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Skillful in MS Office, Pro-E, CAD
- Be familiar with ERP, SAP is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Major support for Plant Manager in Lean implementation (Providing ZF PS Status to PM)
- Promoting and coordinating the ZF PS implementation in the plant
- Member of Plant Lean SC: Channeling information from and to SBU Core Team/EPS to Plant Management Team/Lean SC
- Supports HR Mgr in tracking and organizing (Lean) trainings
- Maintaining the plant‘s ZF PS Roadmap and ZF PS Action Plan
- Submitting the Monthly Update to the Regional ZF PS Coordinator (if applicable, via cRoom)
- Enters key points of update to Status Report template
- Uploads Training Record file into Folder Training Hours (exchange file)
- Uploads Action Plan file into folder Action Plans (moves last month’s file into folder Archive Plant name)
- Uploads Roadmap into cRoom folder when updated
- Hosting cross-functional ZF PS implementation activities, esp.
- Annual Value Stream Mapping
- Annual Lean Evaluation
- Able to train 5S workshops according to Division/Group standard
- Maintains overview on competencies of plant in Lean methods (plant internal competency matrix), incl. communication of changes in tools and trainings (SBU standard)
- Optional: Resource for consulting and facilitating further ZF PS implementation activities
- Full-time coordinator should be able in long-term to support majority of Lean Toolbox
- Fosters good practice exchange with sister plants and SBU cross-functions (eg. via ZF PS Status Report)
- Estimated capacity for part-time coordination (without delivering training): 5% of full head (2 hours per week)
