职位描述：
1.熟悉各种原材料和注塑设备性能，对制程的制定及优化；
2.注塑工艺参数优化，标准生产工艺参数的制定；
3.熟悉塑胶、硅胶，熟悉塑胶原料与模具结构，有相关工作经验五年以上；
4.有大型企业或外资企业工作经验，接受过科学注塑法、系统成型培训课程者优先，
5.处理生产异常状况，不良分析、监控和改善，定期检测生产制造设备重点参数；
6.熟悉各类热流道的特点及应用。
任职要求：
1.五年以上工作经验，三年以上同等职位工作经验，模具加工或注塑成型类专业，对模具结构、注塑设备和注塑工艺有很深的理论知识；
2.负责新模具的试模调试，通过试模提出模具成型所存在的问题，
3.和模具工程师一起运作IQ/OQ/PQ并最终确定最优化的制程并拥有生产，
4.对生产部门提供技术支持。
