Responsibilities
· Responsible for the delivery of Application Development Services for Macau
· Responsible for monitoring and supervising Global Development Team Leads to ensure that they fulfill their service obligations and adheres to service levels
· Responsible for the interfacing between Global Development Team and Macau project and process owners
· Interact with Program Management Office (PMO) Team and Business/Solutions Analysts to align major projects fulfillment requirements with resources necessary to provide work to deliver application task activities in accordance with the process of record
· Interface with Development leads to communicate business and technical requirements, prioritize work, and negotiate work estimates and delivery schedules
· Evaluates Deliverables to ensure conformance to specifications, makes recommendation to approve or reject
· Communicate with other departments on transactions, technical environment and projects or issues affecting said assigned functions
· Collaborate to identify and provide solutions to process changes working with process owners to provide input and review of standard operating procedure modification and creation

Requirements
· 5 years’ of experience in the Information Technology (IT) discipline
· 5 years’ experience defining and documenting business and technical requirements, developing and testing software for corporations (hospitality, gaming or convention preferred)
· Must have experience in working with an offshore delivery center operating in a time zone different from the primary work location
· Must have experience supervising third-party suppliers in the fulfillment of Projects or IT Operations
· Must have exceptional intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility with strong analytical and problem solving skills
