？Develop and execute both above the line and below the line promotions, intent to acquire new customers through integrated marketing platform and retain current customer base through consistent and innovative communications
？Explore and present new, innovative ideas to develop brand in a competitive market
？Expand and explore new distribution channels to increase brand awareness in growing market
？Ensure well communicate successful brand image across target audience
？Work closely to meet requirements of Business Units and Stakeholders, offering expertise and direct business units to meet brand standards and expectations
？Ensure that marketing programs are conducted in accordance with all relevant gaming legislation and regulations
？Ensure that all requirements of health and safety legislation are adhered to
？Ensure that all employment legislation and regulations are complied with and all
？Company rules and procedures are followed
？Liaise with other Departments to ensure effective coordination
？Maintain high degree of commercial awareness around new and innovated marketing strategies and technologies
？Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors

Job Requirements

？University Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, MBA Preferred
？5-7 years marketing leadership experience desired
？Past experience in casino/entertainment industry and managing corporate brand image
？Understanding of core marketing disciplines, social marketing, marketing analytics and measurement, sales, strategic partnerships and alliances
？Knowledge of Chinese consumer trends and casino market
？Have excellent marketing initiative
？Have excellent oral and written communications skills
？Respond calmly in a high-pressure environment, ability to handle numerous different portfolios at once
？Fluent in both English and Mandarin
？Analyze and understand all gaming percentages and statistics.
？Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
？Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies
？Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the casino
