职位描述

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as the backup of the Senior QA Manager
2. Oversee the operations of the Testing Management team
3. Promoting continuous quality achievement and improvement, monitoring compliance
4. Manages and defines all the processes used by the team and ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliant
5. Manages the team to produce quality deliverables according to the SDLC process
6. Prioritizes management activities according to the management guidelines and impact to the business operations
7. Ensure that the team provides appropriate trainings to team members and application users
8. Identify deficiencies and evaluating and minimizing their potential impact on the organization.
9. Escalation point for all Testing issues that cannot be resolved within the project team
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
10. Degree in Information Technology related curriculum preferred.
11. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

CERTIFICATION
12. Any QA related and/or Technology related certifications a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
13. Commercial QA experience with 6+ Years in IT Management
14. Experience in software development, systems architecture, testing and client support
15. Experience in TIBCO Business Works, Business Events, EMS/JMS preferred
16. Experience in commercial testing tool kits for software development environment preferred
17. SQA tools like HP (LoadRunner, ALM & UFT), QTP, etc
18. Experience in non-functional testing nice-to-have
19. Some years of IT training experience would be advantages

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
20. Knowledge on Gaming and Hotel business operations is a plus
21. Sound knowledge on IT system testing methodologies
22. Knowledge of SQL, XML
23. Knowledge of Software Librarian activities
24. An understanding and experience in Agile methodology would be a plus

25. Able to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a service driven organization
26. Must be able to perform people, process and performance management
27. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
28. Organized and detail-oriented
29. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
30. Responsible for deliver to agreed timelines, estimating issues that will affect this as needed
31. Ability to mentor and guide staff
32. Ability to deal with complicity
