PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow the processes and procedures used by the team
2. Provide third-level support to in-house developed applications
3. Design, develop, and debug development projects
4. Develop technical specifications and perform effort estimation
5. Perform unit testing and verification on project deliverables prior to being issued to QA
6. Provide trainings to IT team members before production implementation
7. Coordinate the installation and implementation of in-house developed applications
8. Implement all the requests assigned to the team
9. Handle or escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner
10. Follow the software configuration process to maintain application source codes





QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
11. Degree in Software Engineering curriculum preferred
12. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

CERTIFICATION
13. Immediate preference to those holding the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist ) or MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer)
14. Any additional software development or product certification will be advantages

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
15. 5+ Years experience in .NET, C#, ASP, XML and SQL Server (Windows platform)
16. Experience in TIBCO Business Works, Business Events, EMS/JMS is a major plus
17. Sugar CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, PHP Experience will be a major plus
18. Experience working in a distributed development
19. TFS2010 (Team Foundation Server) Environment
20. Report writing (Cristal, MS Report Writer, etc..)
21. Experience in WCF, WPF, Javascript, Ajax, Silverlight

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
22. Knowledge on software engineering methodologies
23. Knowledge of SOA (Service oriented architecture)
24. Data analysis and data mining

SKILLS / ABILITIES / PRESENCE
25. Must be able to use and maintain application software
26. Must be able to analyze, code, test, and implement new programs using provided documentation
27. Must be able to analyze and correct faults in existing programs where no valid documentation is available
28. Participate in the entire development cycle to insure user satisfaction
29. Assist with task estimation as aprt of Agile methodology
30. Must be able to use PC equipment and related software applications in Microsoft environment
31. Knowledge of modern coding techniques required
32. Organized and detail-oriented.
33. Able to handle multiple tasks.
34. Good communication skills.
35. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
