500强外资石油公司招聘 Project Process Engineer
Reporting to (Job Title): Engineering Manager
PURPOSE:
The role of project process engineer is to support site capital project by providing respond to site MOC process especially on process preliminary design, design review, communication across function, cost control, field construction.
This position adds value and contributes to achieving the company vision by optimizing process and lowering the cost to capital project through focusing on process design, quality control and asset optimization initiatives.
The project process engineer can make recommendations for improvements and/or capital purchases which may be needed in order to repair/improve operation process. The project process engineer can function at times as a project manager for operation process improvement related projects and has the authority and responsibility for making decisions for projects that impact project cost and scheduling.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete projects on budget and in a timely fashion:
Appropriately follow Capital Project Systems (CPS) procedures.
Control project scopes.
Engineer in accordance with codes, standards, and good design practices.
Report progress via project scheduling system and costs via SAP on capital projects.
Provide timely documentation of equipment design and specification and keep engineering documents evergreen.
Stay in contact with other plants, organizations, and government agencies to ensure company is “up-to-date”.
Implement projects utilizing departmental schedule
2. Coordinate project design on process discipline:
Provide preliminary design (P&ID, MTO, and MRQ) on process changing or improvement.
Communication crossing function to define work scope and design basis.
Communicate with local DI across whole design period to achieve perfect delivery.
Review and approval local design.
Provide technical design data on purchased equipment.
Provide leadership to insure issued project package meets desired schedule and target costs.
Provide routine Project Manager workplace team meetings
3. Provide support to Zhuhai Facility Operations (Production, Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Logistics, Purchasing, Construction)
Manage capital projects and support facility operations to maximize constructability, safety/health/environmental integrity, operability and maintainability while minimizing project management and equipment purchasing costs.
Assist with the development of project scope definitions and provide accurate and timely cost estimates.
Supervise installation of process systems and equipment that function properly.
Provide technical support for operations initiatives and problem resolution.
Provide timely documentation of equipment design and specification and keep engineering documents evergreen.
Serve as a member of ad hoc, audit, and plant improvement teams.
Provide all required installation, maintenance, and operation manuals for equipment installed.
Participate Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) as part of assessing project scope safety.
Learn the processes in the assigned area of responsibility as well as the rest of the plant.
Provide project procurement.
Provide clear and thorough drawings and specifications for equipment purchases and services.
Approve purchase requisitions in SAP.
5. Manage project construction.
Provide complete “construction packages”.
Ensure purchased equipment is available to support construction schedule.
Provide all crafts with support on issues of constructability and maintainability
6. Project process Engineer Development.
The project process engineer is responsible for interacting with the engineering and maintenance manager for developmental or training opportunities that may be available as the budget allows
7. Provide process support to Zhuhai facilities
Increase System Availability -Utilize asset and process control optimization tools to increase system availability.
Plant HSES Initiatives – support plant environmental and safety improvements by taking part in and supporting plant safety initiatives.
Process Optimization –aid in implementing, maintaining and advancing.
Training-aid in training support to operations and maintenance personnel to close identified training gaps.
Asset Management -aid in advancing predictive and preventive maintenance technologies through the use of Asset Management and Optimization tools.
Interact with Engineering & Maintenance Manager- in the areas of advancing asset and process optimization initiatives.
Data Security- aid in developing proper procedures with LZ Corporate IS in a way that protects process system assets but provides operations and maintenance flexibility to perform job task.
Standards Support-participate on Lubrizol Corporate IMS Standard team and to insure standards are being adhered to.
Metrics- aid in developing and utilize KPI metrics to gauge performance of the process support to customers.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
1) Education:
University Degree or above in Petroleum Chemical is required.
PMP is perfect.
2) Experience:
At least 5 years industrial engineering and related work experience (especially has experience in chemical project execution)
Has experience at a manufacturing facility as a process engineer at least.
Has experience at a Design Institute as a process engineer is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Process Optimization tools, SAP PS enterprise software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook is required.
3) Knowledge, technical/professional skill:
Project execution at petroleum chemical, oil and gas manufacturing facilities is preferred.
Process optimization experience using advanced control techniques is considered a plus.
Asset optimization experience is considered a plus.
Knowledge of sequence and continuous process controls is a plus.
Knowledge of Process Optimization tools, SAP PS enterprise software, AutoCAD, Microsoft office and Microsoft Outlook is required.
4) Language Skill:
