一、岗位职责：
1、参与公司整体战略规划，推动实施公司的人力资源战略，促进公司经营目标的实现和长远发展；
2、建立并完善人力资源管理体系（包含招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设），制定和完善人力资源管理制度；
3、向公司高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的建议，并致力于公司的综合管理水平；
4、招聘优秀管理团队，实施人才发展储备计划，为员工进行职业生涯规划设计；
5、及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源问题；
6、指导各业务平台进行人力资源管理，持续提升公司人力资源方面的竞争力；
7、塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化。
Responsibility
1. Participating in the overall company strategy planning; implementing human resource strategy; contributing to the realization of the company operational goals and promoting the long-term development;
2. Building and improving human resource management system (including recruitment, performance, training, remuneration and staff development, etc); formulating and improving human resource management system;
3. Providing high-level leaders with suggestions on human resource strategy, organization and construction; being committed to improving the comprehensive management ability of the company;
4. Recruiting excellent management team; implementing the plan for talent development and reserve; Career planning for the employees;
5. Dealing with the serious human resource problems in time;
6. Guiding the human resource management in various departments and continuing to enhancing the human resource competitiveness;
7. Shaping, maintaining, developing and spreading the corporate culture.

二、岗位要求：
1. 人力资源、心理学、管理学或相关专业；本科以上学历；
2. 五年以上人力资源工作经验，1年以上人力资源经理工作经验。
3.熟练使用Office办公软件，了解人力资源管理常规系统和工具的使用；
4. 良好服务意识、工作责任感、职业操守，优秀的激励、组织、沟通、协调与公关能力；
5. 较强分析、解决问题能力和处理突发事件能力；
6. 熟知国家及地方劳动法律法规及相关政策；
7. 良好的英语能力，能用英语作为工作语言。
Requirements:
1. Major in HRM, psychology or management; bachelor degree or above;
2. More than five-year Human Resource experience，over one-year HRM experience;
3. Be familiar with office software and conventional system and tools for human resource management;
4. Good service spirit, responsibility, professional integrity, excellent ability in encouragement, organization, communication, coordination and public relations;
5. Strong ability in analysis, solving problems and dealing with emergency;
6. Be familiar with state or local labor laws and regulations;
7. Excellent English proficiency，use English as work language.

    玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司（简称：玉柴船动）由中国最大的柴油机制造企业广西玉柴机器集团有限公司投资，成立于2009年，公司位于珠海市富山工业园。项目计划总投资25亿，其中一期已经完成投资15亿元。公司在2014年被评为国家“高新技术企业”，是珠海市战略性新兴产业实施重点企业，公司技术中心为珠海市重点企业技术中心，低速机一期项目被列为广东省“调结构，促增长”重点项目之一。
公司具备瓦锡兰、曼恩二冲程发动机生产许可，可生产制造YCMP-W？RTSIL？ 系列和YCMP-MAN B&W系列船用低速发动机，年产能110台/120万马力。产品广泛应用于散货船、集装箱船、油轮、工程船等各类船舶。公司首台船用低速机于2011年11月成功下线，2015年6月，公司生产的世界首台投入商业运营的5RT-flex50DF双燃料低速发动机成功交验。
以“一业为主，多元发展”为经营方针，公司在做好船用发动机主业的同时，大力发展海洋工程钢结构产品、空投发电机组等业务。

Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. (“YCMP” for short) was invested by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., the largest domestic diesel engine manufacturer, in 2009. YCMP is located in Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park, and has a planned total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, including RMB 1.5 billion invested in the first phase project. Appraised as National High-tech Enterprise in 2014, YCMP is a key enterprise of Zhuhai’s strategic emerging industry, its technology department is listed among those of key enterprises of Zhuhai, and its first phase low-speed engine project is one of the key projects of Guangdong Province for “Structure Adjustment and Growth Promotion”.
YCMP got the production license from W？rtsil？ and MAN for producing YCMP-W？RTSIL？ and YCMP-MAN B&W series marine low speed diesel engine, with a production capacity of 110 units/1.2 million hp. The products are widely used for various ships such as bulk cargo ship, container ship, tanker and engineering ship. The first low-speed marine engine of YCMP was produced in November 2011. In June, 2015, the world’s first 5RT-flex 50DF low speed diesel engine for commercial purpose is successfully accepted.
Adhering to the operation policy of “Focusing on Main Business, Diversified Development”, YCMP is doing its best in the marine engine industry and expanding vigorously the businesses of oceaneering steel structure products and air-drop generator sets, etc.
