职位描述
1.Assist direct supervisor to manage the budget for AS and make sure the budget is under control
2.Responsible for providing the high efficiency to support employee from AS department
3.Act as secretary of the entire department, have strong service sense to support all department demands like translation, organize activities etc. SS paper work handle and regular PR sending and checking.
4.Responsible for Translation accuracy with high efficiency
5.Responsible for Submitting admin report on schedule with accuracy
6.Responsible for visitor’s arrangement include transportation, flight ticket, Visa, food and accommodation, make sure have impeccable and gracious hospitality service for visitors.
7.Responsible for Non-workshop environment maintenance, make sure to have clean and nice environment for employees.
8.Supervise the sub constructor management which include the quality and cost
9.Responsible for ticket and hotel booking and ensure the price is most cost effective
10.Reasonable for office stationery and office/IT equipment management proper arrange to support employee needs
11.Responsible for expatriates’ working visa, work permit application; company file’s annual renewal
12.Responsible for Special projects as assigned by supervisor
