The ODM Group is a Supply Chain Management Company focused on promotional, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and POS (Point Of Sale) products. With a global merchandising, design and sales teams, we cater to large Multi-national Companies in all aspects of promotional merchandise.

With extensive experience in dealing with multi-national brands, the company is proficient in producing high end products to the highest ethical, safety and quality standards.

The company’s team has over 25 years experience in promotional products and China specific manufacturing, allowing our team to control all supply chain management issues commonly found in factory manufacturing.
Headquartered in Hong Kong and founded in 2003, the company is rapidly expanding its China offices to meet demand from clientele. The company has subsidiaries in Shanghai, Zhuhai, Henan and Singapore.

We are currently looking for Merchandisers/Project Managers in our Zhuhai Offices.

With a team of over 10 different nationalities, we require staff who are able to work in a multi-cultural work environment, often working in a team of 3-4 different nationalities.

Roles/Responsibilities:
? Sourcing multiple promotional products from multiple suppliers
? Evaluating potential suppliers based on cost and order quantity
? Developing unique designs with our in-house design team
? Regular negotiation with multiple suppliers
? Helping Sales staff developing core ranges of products
? Managing sampling processes
? Managing all aspects of mass production including (but not limited to); production schedule, QC visits, creating Critical Paths to Production's, frequent factory reports, factory audits, factory visits, assembly of shipping documents, and ensure goods transported to FOB port efficiently.
The candidate:

Requirements:
? Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred)
? Chinese National
? Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Works
? Experience in sourcing/Project Management
? Efficient in multitasking projects with daily sourcing roles
? Good understanding of written/spoken English
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment
The candidate would preferably have experience in the promotional products industry, or an industry of similar nature.

The candidate should also be suitable to work in a young team environment, with a mix of Chinese and international staff, and a relevant university degree in Project Management/Business would be prefered.

Founded in 2008, we have grown a strong and International team of merchandisers dealing with factories on a daily basis. ODM also act as a dedicated buying office for partners around the world. Our Quality Control service is now also managed from there.
