1.筛选合作的供应商并负责协商最佳的采购交易条件。

2.谈判供应商价格、采购付款方式、交货日期、及采购进度的追踪。

3.专科以上学历采购相关专业。

4.能熟练操作WORD、EXCEL、PS，CDR平面设计等办公软件。

5.熟悉电子行业操作模式，有1年电子物料采购方面经验。

6.熟悉质量相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具有良好的沟通能力，谈断能力和成本意识。
