Systems Consultant (Application Performance Management)
The Systems Consultant is to work with Account Managers to provide technical solutions direct to our customers and business partners in the area of Application Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
?Work with sales and partners to provide technical expertise and assistance within sales opportunities
?Assist Account Managers to identify customer requirements and to participate with discussions of Quest's value propositions
?Conduct demonstrations and product walkthrough to customers
?Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and partners
?Conduct product training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners
?Service delivery as and when required
?Research and disseminate information to the sales team with respect to the solutions Quest provides and the markets Quest operates in.

Minimum Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or appropriate technical qualification
?Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably in pre-sales role
?Analytical mind with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
?Hands-on person with strong technical skill sets and experience with Java programming
?JavaEE/.Net application systems architecture knowledge is preferred
Oracle/SQL Server database architecture knowledge is an added advantage
?Knowledge of Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and/or Business Process Management (BPM) would be advantageous
?Must have energy, drive, commitment & passion
?Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
