? Responsible in close monitoring of equipments and devices serving the building to achieve smooth operation through Central Control Monitoring System (CCMS)
? Responsible in operation, repair and maintenance of EBI - CCMS software, equipments and field devices (terminal servers, DDC, routers and networks switches, motorized valves and dampers)
? Responsible in relaying CCMS alarms in every responsible department for immediate action
? Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of CCMS equipments
? Performs testing and commissioning (T & C) of CCMS / HVAC / MEP equipments
? Training assistant for building automation
? Assists in the handling of emergencies in order to ensure responsible back up in taking corrective act in a safe and efficient manner
? Keeps the CCMS Supervisor informed of progress of all jobs in order to control cost effectiveness in work assignments and availability of manpower
