Job title: Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

- Handling all accounting and book-keeping duties

- Cash Management

- Prepare periodic financial and management analysis and reports and follow up periodic reports from company’s subsidiaries;

- Assist in internal control policy setting and execution;

- Co-ordinate and work with offices in China for the said duties;

- Co-ordinate for completion of Interim and Annual Financial Reports.

Requirements:

- Familiar with HK and mainland PRC accounting practices and tax rules and regulations;

- Good computer operating skills in MS Excel, Word, Power-point (and MYOB)

- Able to communicate in English, Putonghua and Cantonese;

- Ability to work independently and under pressure;

- Experience in auditing firm a plus;

- Three years or above accounting working experience with a bachelor degree.

工作职责:

1、负责公司会计及记账工作

2、负责公司现金管理工作

3、负责准备定期财务管理分析及财务报告，跟踪子公司的定期报告

4、协助制定并执行公司内部财务控制政策

5、协助公司中国办事处完成工作

6、协助完成公司半年、年度财政报告

职位要求：

1、熟悉中国香港、国内会计准则及税法法规

2、熟练掌握MS Excel, Word, Power-point (and MYOB)

3、英语、普通话、粤语流利

4、能够独立完成工作，能承受一定的工作压力，抗压性强

5、有会计师事务所审计工作经验优先

6、本科或以上学历，三年以上会计领域工作经验。
