职责:
1. 对SMT设备停机,抛料等问题的分析及解决.
2. 维护保持SMT设备良好的工作状态及良好的生产效率.
3. 负责SMT段的生产导入与工艺优化工作.
4. 了解设备和工艺问题.
5. 培训操作员
6. 配件管理(订购/填写IPR), 准备配件季度预算.
职位要求：
1. 专科及以上学历.
2. 机械/电子等相关专业.
3. 2年以上SMT工作经验.
4. 熟悉SMT设备（DEK Printer,P&P-SiemensX4/D4/HF3,JT/Heller Reflow Oven）的编程、调试、故障预防与维护。
5. 良好的英文读写能力。
6. 较强的人际沟通能力。
7. 能自主完成工作。
