Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage goals for quality of service, cost and delivery.
2. management and analysis of our customer feedback
3. Communication with customers and improve customer satisfaction
4. Monitor all operations in the plant, including guarantee the production in plant, fulfill customer orders, make management of suppliers, control inventory and warehouse operations, maintain MRP system etc.;
5. Develop and improve logistics procedures to optimize supply chain

Requirement
1. Bachelor or above
2. Ability to positively communicate and demonstrate the company's core values by developing trust and respect among peers, working as a team and partnering with individuals at all levels of the organization, in a global, multicultural environment
3. Minimum5+ years international logistics management experience
4. Occasional International travel required
5. Have good planning, management, communication and coordination skills
6. Fluent Chinese language ability
7. Fluent English language ability
8. Excellent written communication skills
