1. Network implementation and maintenance.
Familiar with the company's network infrastructure, and cooperate with network administrators to implement and maintain network projects.
2. Hardware &software installation:
Configure and set-up new client hardware (computers, printers, scanners & fax machines) according to company IT regulations and requirements from users’ departments
3. Trouble shooting for hardware ,software and network:
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve basic office software ,hardware and network problems to make sure they can work smoothly
4. Maintenance & repair of hardware:
Provide 1st level support to the hardware & Software maintenance and coordinate the maintenance & repair of client hardware with the suppliers in case the problem cannot be solved internally to make sure they serve production with good condition.
5.Hardware inventory management:
Hardware inventory maintenance and to make sure the inventory is sufficient and clean.
6. User key management :
Manage user accounts and email addresses according to user requirement.
Job Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in IT network and end user support；
With the relevant knowledge of network security(preferred Cisco CCNA, CCNP certification), it can timely judge the network faults and potential network security risks; At least 2 years experience in server room maintenance and
Experience in server room construction;

　　MTU Maintenance Zhuhai is a 50-50 joint venture between China Southern Air Holding Company and MTU Aero Engines AG, Germany's leading engine manufacturer. Launched with an initial investment of 189 million USD and a capacity of 200 engines per year, the company spreads over 156,000 square meters of land in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, close to Hong Kong and Macao. The company is equipped with a state-of-the-art machine pool and a highly modern test cell accommodating engines up to 150,000 pounds of thrust. The shop holds roughly 20 approvals, amongst others from the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China), the European EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), the US-FAA (Federal Aviation Authority) and the by JCAB (Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau).
