1． Review customer's work scope , including the removal reason, the engine operation time and cycle, each module and accessories specific work scope, review the required SB, AD evaluation, life limit list, ACC list, engine repair history of deviation repair and other customer requirements and so on, in order to ensure and develop to meet MTU the internal process of WRB. 2． Control and monitor the whole process quality of engine repair workshop, including engine and module inspection, disassemble, piece part inspection, examination and repair; approval of the documents of second-hand life limit part, exchange part approval, evaluation of outside vendor parts quality, checking assembly processes and engine test troubleshooting, ensure that the entire process with the MTU procedures and regulations. 3． Check all engine repair files, including internal and external parts tags/ certificates, assembly document records, list of complaints, repair card, cleaning card, RIS, Module shop visit report, engine / module configuration list, MCC, ACC list, engine Summary of Performance, life limit part list, AD notes and so on. complete the engine shop visit, finally release the engine. 4．Assist marketing requirements, with marketing department and other departments to develop AOG work scope, to ensure that the requirements approved scope of the work carried out, the corresponding working documents signed full, final inspection and release the engine in customer location. 5．According to the company operation procedure, assessment of the latest OEM documents and airworthiness regulations, ensure latest Airworthiness Directives, engine and module documents implemented in the internal system. 6．根据公司运行程序及相关法规的要求，批准和执行程序中需要参与的项目，包括新流程的首次发布、单件维修并放行、不适航状态报告、完成内部产品审核和改装维修指导评估等，According to the company operation procedure and the requirements of related airworthiness regulations, to participate in projects require approval and implementation process, including the new process was first released, piece part repair and release, un-airworthy state report, complete the internal product audit and evaluation of Modified Maintenance Instruction, 7． Participate in process management and project related to improve the company's actual operation, to meet the requirements of the company. 8． Execute temporary, other work related to quality engineering department.
