Role & Responsibilities：
Technical Management
- the architecture and the specification of the product and validates the specification of sub-systems following standards of domains considered.
- the product validation strategy
- the specification of sub-systems and the verification cross matrix
- product integration tests and consistency of tool associated
- product tests procedure and approves the product tests results
- the documents justifying conformity to requirements and qualification plan strategy
- the technical policies, the best practices
- technical watch on standards evolutions into the domain he oversees
- the return of experience with the rest of the engineering department
- the other entities (Zhuhai, Bangalore…) to develop their system engineering skills
Project Management
- SQCD criteria, risks and opportunities on the system engineering workpackages deliverables
- technical activities when multidisciplinary teams are involved
- project manager, application engineers, services, maintenance, industrialization, marketing, quality, purchasing stakeholders for the product design
Contract Management
- negotiation of product interface, its requirements and the associated validation with the customer
Qualifications：
- Engineering degree or equivalent
Sound understanding of System Engineering Process (including System Specification, System Test and Integration)
- Experience of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML and UML, tools for Requirements Capture and Control (DOORS), Configuration Management, engineering product delivery, technical problem solving
