Overall purpose:
Establish and maintain corporate salary and benefits management system in accordance with relevant laws, policies, and talent management strategies, and ensure its effective operation and continuous improvement. Responsible for salary calculation and payment, welfare calculation and distribution, total salary budget and control, salary data analysis and statistics, data report production and submission, individual income tax calculation and declaration, talent tax refund application etc. to meet the corporate salary and welfare management requirements.
Position Responsibilities
1.Implement and maintain corporate salary and benefits management system, answer employee questions about salary, individual income tax as well as benefits, and provide relevant support.
2.Collect and maintain salary calculation data, handle employee salary and adjustment requests as well as resignation settlement.
3.Responsible for the calculation of salary, bonus, year-end double pay, subsidies and festival allowances, housing provident fund, enterprise annuity, maternity allowance refunds, party membership dues, labor union membership dues and social security contributions etc. as well as the payment of various salary items, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data calculation and distribution.
4.Create and submit daily salary and benefits reports, work with the finance department on payroll cost accounting as well as declaration and control of total salary budget.
5.Responsible for individual income tax calculation and declaration as well as tax bureau front desk business handling.
6.Participate in projects such as salary system reform, external salary research, enterprise annuity, supplementary medical insurance, individual income tax planning, individual income tax subsidy application in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, application for innovative talents, upgrading of salary and benefits system, and improvement of workflow.
7.Independently handle email inquiries, Q&A, and daily affairs related to salary and benefits from foreign executives.
8.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
-Full time bachelor or higher degree with professional knowledge in human resources, financial management, etc.
-Priority given to those with experience in human resource management.
-Good at both written & spoken English. (CET-4 or above)
-Familiar with the office and financial software, such as Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, etc.
-Priority given to candidate with certificate on assistant human resource managers, intermediate human resource managers, and accountants.
-Priority given to those with practical experience in employee salary management and social welfare insurance management.
-Good mathematical and computational abilities, able to accurately calculate complex salary and tax data.
-Familiar with national labor and personnel policies and regulations as well as salary structure and corresponding tax regulations.
-Meticulous attention and high sense of confidentiality to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of salary data.
