工程师（结构方向）

1.参与工厂内的新产品工程相关（NPI）流程；
2.开发文档以支持新产品生产（工作说明，流程图，SOP，测试流程，质量文档，FMEA和控制计划等）；
3.积极参与设计评审，并在整个NPI过程中提供DFM / DFA输入，在开发周期的各个阶段与研发团队密切合作；
4.执行风险分析并主动识别制造和装配风险以及相关解决方案；
5.协助管理和提供技术支持，以实现项目从开发到稳定批量生产的全面过渡；
6.主导工厂内所有分配给自己的新产品发布的新装配线、夹具、设备和制造流程的设计、规划和实施；
7.管理NPI流程工程相关时间表，并有效地向所有关键利益相关者（管理层，董事和客户）报告；
8.根据特定的产品制造需求，协助识别，评估和鉴定合适的供应商；
9.以良好的沟通和专业的策略协助供应商的管理；
10.领导基于解决方案的方法来解决整个 NPI 和 MP 流程中遇到的所有技术问题；
11.与品质部门合作，推动产品质量标准的制定、实施和持续改进；
12.调查客户和内部质量问题，并实施纠正行动计划，以改进产品、流程和设备；
13.实施防错（防错）系统，以消除装配错误的可能性；
14.为所有装配团队成员制定有关装配机器和技术操作的培训指南；
15.积极参与装配成本分析和成本优化审查；

任职资格：
1.制造工程，技术或相关领域的理工大专以上学位优先；
2.至少10年以上的工程和制造型企业工厂经验；
3.有管理经验者优先；
4.专业：机械制造相关专业；
5.熟练使用AutoCAD， Solidworks；
6.熟悉五金塑料件的结构和生产工艺及图纸公差规范
7.熟悉五金塑料件的表面处理工艺，熟悉NPI，熟悉成品装配过程失效分析
8.有直接对接国外客户经验者优先；
9.熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件；
10.英语读写能力熟练；
11.较强的责任心和团队合作精神，较强的沟通表达能力和独立工作能力；



Senior Project Engineerwith progression to Engineering Team ManagerJob Responsibilities:Drive and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within the factory.Provide leadership, direction and strategy throughout the NPI process.Develop documentation to support new product production (work instructions, flow charts, SOP’s, test processes, quality documentation, FMEAs and control plans etc).Actively participate in design reviews and provide DFM/DFA input throughout the NPI process working closely with the R&D team through all stages of the development cycle.Perform risk analysis and proactively identify manufacturing and assembly risks and associated solutions.Assist in managing and providing technical support for the full transition of projects from development through to stable mass production.Lead the design, planning and implementation of new assembly lines, fixtures, equipment and manufacturing processes within the facility for all new key product launches.Manage the NPI process timeline and report effectively to all key stakeholders (management, directors and clients).Assist in identifying, evaluating and qualifying suitable suppliers based on the specific product manufacturing needs.Assist in the management of suppliers with excellent communication and professional strategy.Lead a solution based approach to solving all technical problems encountered throughout the NPI and MP processes.Drive the formulation, implementation and continuous improvement of product quality standards in cooperation with the quality department.Project manage product enhancements from design divisions throughout the lifecycle of the product.Investigate customer and internal quality issues and implement corrective action plans to improve products, processes, and equipment.Implement error-proofing (poka-yoke) systems to eliminate the possibility for assembly errors.Develop training guidelines for all assembly team members on the operation of assembly machines and technology.Actively participate in assembly cost analysis and cost optimisation reviews.Lead and participate in team activities to maintain and continuously improve departmental Key Process Indicators (KPI)Participate in team activities to maintain and continuously improve on the department’s ISO audit conformance.Swift progression to departmental manager on successful completion of probation.
