Job Description 工作职责

1. Help in making photocopies of didactic material;

2. Help in managing the iSpace platform for the various courses;

3. Help in supporting student’s tutorial and mentoring;

4. Help in invigilating during teaching and learning assignments and exams;

5. Help in assist activities and events management;

6. To provide administrative support for the Centre as instructed by supervisor or Dean;

7. To provide teaching support;

8. To liaison with students and other teaching or administrative units of UIC;

9. To help Programme/Centre Management Meeting and take minutes;

10. Other duties assigned by supervisor. 

Job Requirement 任职要求

1. A bachelor degree or above;

2. Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferable with relevant experience;

3. Good language skills both in Chinese and English;

4. Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Good problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented, and team player;

6. Responsible, trustworthy and service minded.
