Job Description:

1. To input, update and maintain current records of all hotel, food, beverage, retail, and other items that are related to Resort Audit. To perform a variety of accounting, record keeping and clerical functions in the Accounting Department;

输入、更新和维护与度假村审核相关的所有酒店、食品、饮料、零售和其他项目的当前记录；在会计部门执行各种会计、簿记和文书工作；

2. Carry out the audit for all revenue types of all F&B outlets or revenue centers in Hotel;

对酒店所有餐饮店或收入中心的各种类型收入进行审计；

3. Prepare void and cancelled checks report;

准备失效和注销的支票报告；

4. Prepare Exception Report;

准备异常报告；

5. Review all guest check settle by credit card, comp, player points and room charge ticket and supporting;

审核用信用卡结算的客人的账单，积分，房费或相关文件；

6. Prepare daily DOR report

准备日常DOR报告；

7. Scan guest check to operation team if need.

如果需要，将客人的支票扫描给运营团队。

Requirement：

1. Konw POS and LMS system;

有pos和LMS系统的相关经验优先；

2. Knowledge of AS400 or Opera system is preferred;

熟悉AS400系统或Opera系统优先；

3. Computer knowledge included MS-office.

熟悉MS Office办公软件。
